777 pellets

Has anybody tryed these triple seven pellets?How do you use them?Drop in,wad,ball,seat and crush it or don't crush it?If you have used them did ya like them?Thanks GunClick Rick~~~
  I have an 1858 stainless remmie if that helps,got it slicked up and i am ready to shoot it so i need to get my loads together and figure out what i am going to stay with..

I have not used either the 777 or Pyrodex pellets. Howeverr, 777 or Swiss are the only BPs I use because of their quality. Last I knew, the pellets were to be used as they are, not crushed. Last ones I saw had one flatside coated with an "igniter" and the other not. The igniter end goes toward the cap/primer.

Actually, I would expect full instructions for use in a C&B or muzzle loader to be on the container or on Hodgdon's webbsite.

I would presume that you bought 45 caliber, 30 grain EQ pellets. In a 44 C&B that is a "full" load. I use 30,0 grains volume of 777 FFG (not fffg) in me Remington New Army replica by Pietta.
