Cold Steel's Version of the Ames Rifleman's Knife

Does anyone here have the Cold Steel version of the Ames Rifleman's Knife? If so, what do you think? It looks nice in the pictures (but then, don't they always?!). I would think it's pretty good quality being from Cold Steel.
