I can see the picture but it's a bad picture.  Can you not see it at all?  The more info that you give the easier that it will be to help.  :)

I've seen a lot of pics in the classifieds that look to be very poor quality.  Once I think I read someone say that it happens when you try to post a picture that is too high resolution.  Don't know if that is correct or if that is the case with the pic in question.

Alot of them come out that way,it goes on for awhile,gets better then goes awry again...???
