The Major's new gun

Major Payne 'D' Arse bought a new H&R in 38-55 fitted with a brass sighting tube and shot it at Kariong yesterday.He still has a huge smile on his face.

Hi Piedra Kid.

It shot good,first time out with it and I loaded his ammo for him 30grains of 3f Wano- 245 grain pill,and he didn't miss with it all day.Targets out at around 35yds, I have one coming in 45-70,no sighting tube on it at this stage and looking forward to shooting it.

Yes they came with the scope,it was fitted on an Italian Sharps which we trade in on a pistol, so Hoodoo (The other guy in with us) got the barrel drilled and taped to suit.

 I am going good, trying to shoot as much as I can and trying to get back over there.maybe some time in 2008.
