Source for blank sleeves.

I have been trying to order these blanks for a group I have been invited to join. Alot of folks just use black powder blanks, but some prefer these if you are going to be having a shootout in doors. I have ordered them twice from river junction and they are always out of stock. Anywhere else to pick them up?

Oh. I thought you said bank sleeves... those black cloth tubes you wear on your forearms to keep ink from the ledgers off your shirt.
