Uberti Walker Kit

I don't know if this is the correct forum or not, but here goes.
I am thinking of getting a Uberti Walker.  I love to build guns and Dixie Gun Works has a Uberti Walker kit.  does anyone have any experience building one?
I am going to put a R&D cylinder in it.

your in the right place, Ray

As you know I built or re manufactured one into a Carbine.
They come assembled and timed , But may still need a bit of tweaking in the timing.

The grips are roughed in and require fitting and material removed.
Overall the gun has machine and casting marks and requires draw filing and polishing, of course if you plan to blue that process.
The Cyl. is finished Just the barrel and frame need work.

With an R&D Cyl. it will be an awesome gun. You'll have no problem with your talent
