For those that shoot the mighty Henry in 45LC smokeless - what grain cartridge do you generally prefer to shoot and why?

I'm assuming you are referring to bullet weight.  I shoot 250 gr. because I had a lot of them around.  I also tried Schofields but they produced a lot of blowback.
