I was loading 160's and currently 165's in .45, only use it for my pistols, use 200's for my rifle to make sure I don't have jam. I originally loaded Clay's and never had a problem. I shoot Goex BP now and haven't experienced any problems there either. Accuracy depends on a lot of factors so the best thing to do is test several different powder amounts to find which gives you the best results for whatever powder brand you choose. To me that is part of the fun, tweaking your loads to get the performance you desire. Have fun and be safe.
