Slim, we had one of those "Land Yachts" once, too. As well as a Pinto wagon, Mercury Bobcat with the glass hatch, a Volare wagon.....Buck

I had a Monza Town Coupe, looked like a minny-ture Monte Carlo, mee-tali-ic light greew with a white vynil top, bought it with low milse fer real cheap. Had the improved Vega engine, the one with steel sleeves in the silly-dersr and 'luminunum pistons, not the stupid hardened 'luminum silly-ders and the cast iron pistons.

But the damage was done to it's reputation, the updated proper version was a good and powerful little engine.
