Slim, we had one of those "Land Yachts" once, too. As well as a Pinto wagon, Mercury Bobcat with the glass hatch, a Volare wagon.....Buck 8) ::) ;)

I never had the "pleasure" of drivin' a Chevette. When the Chevette was popular (not sure it was ever popular ::) ), I was drivin' a Chrysler Newport.

Slim

I like big cars!  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

What a memory Del "The Pinto"  Ford's experiment with the exploding compact!

My first car was a Mustang II.  It was built on the Pinto pan.  :(

I had a Monza Town Coupe, looked like a minny-ture Monte Carlo, mee-tali-ic light greew with a white vynil top, bought it with low milse fer real cheap.  Had the improved Vega engine, the one with steel sleeves in the silly-dersr and 'luminunum pistons, not the stupid hardened 'luminum silly-ders and the cast iron pistons. ::)  But the damage was done to it's reputation, the updated proper version was a good and powerful little engine.

Most of our buses hold 65, OT. You better have short legs though, the seats are pretty close together. Also, make sure yer teeth are in tight and yer bladder's real empty!........Buck 8) ::) ;) ;D
