How about car brands / marques that have "fallen", disappeared, no longer exist.
Here are the rules:
1. Must have been a stand alone brand. By that I mean Corvette wouldn't count because it has always been a Chevrolet, but Cadillac would...it has always been a brand of its own...but El Dorado wouldn't. Capice?
2. Must have been an American brand. We can do foreign makes later.
3. Must have produced passenger cars. They could have produced pickups, delivery vans, dump trucks, farm tractors, or airplanes, BUT THEY HAD TO HAVE BUILT coupes, convertibles, sedans, roadsters, station wagons, hard tops or some other style of passenger car as well.
I'll kick it off with two:
1. Marmon
2. Essex
Who's up next?
