There's an outfit called 'Rediscovered Shooting Treasures' that has a reprint available.
There really isn't much to it - it's a single, folded piece of paper with little actual information - the most valuable of which is the statement that they're test fired and the factory set the sight with the center of the peep about 3/4" from the bottom of the slide to indicate 100 yards.
That would've been fired with the then-current, commercially-available .45-70 load, and there's no load data given.
