Who makes uberti sharps?

I was looking at a nice uberti 1874 sharps today priced at $1375.00 I looked it over but didnt see armi sport or pedersoli on it anywhere. Is Uberti making their own sharps 1874's now? If not doesn anyone know who mfgs them? Thanks
