Tang sight mounting screws 1873 & 1885
« on: September 06, 2017, 01:04:05 AM »
I have an original Model 1873 rifle & an original Model 1885 rifle.  Is there a tang site that will fit both?

Thanks

David

You could call Marbles or any other sight maker and ask. Then you would know for sure. Are you planning on one sight for two guns? If so and you are shooting any distance you will need to sight in every time you change it to another gun.

Wildman-

Thanks for the response and good point about re-sighting between rifles.

You might also check with Montana Vintage Arms.  They make excellent sights.
