Pairs

Thought I would post a few pairs I have, some are CS, some not.  Anyone else have pairs they'd like to share?

Beautiful, Pangaea!  I especially admire that pair of USFA 1911's.  Wanted one of their "US Navy" stamped models but just couldn't justify the price (around $1,800, msrp, as I recall) when, at the same time, Colt was offering their WW I reissue model (with original style packaging, user manual and disassembly tool) for less than 1K.

Very nice Yahoody.  Did those two bright nickel guns with the fire blue accents come that way from the factory?  I've never seen a pair like them before.

Thank you Gentlemen.  Yes we are indeed fortunate and blessed to enjoy what we have.  Happy Holidays everyone!

Pangaea?

Yes both pair, the .22s and the .45BP pair of bright nickel guns were delivered with the fire blue screw, factory option.

Another look at one of the .45s.

Pangaea you might have missed this one since the photos are terrible..or just been ignoring Michael :)
Can't blame you either way!  Happy Holidays!

Like to own this one myself as a really like shooting the .32s.  But simply can't abide his asking prices.

Yes sir, I wouldn't mind having that 32, but I know what his reserve is and I just don't think there is anyone out there willing to pay that much for it.  I did just pick up an Omni Potent in 32 WCF.

Omni in 32?  Nice!

Gotta ask :-)  What is Doc's reserve on the .32?

Another pair....I'd like to own :)  Some nice history behind them..although rather recent.  Kinda pre USFA...but not Colt's either.  Ivory is real.

Yahoody, that wouldn't be a pair of previously owned Great Western revolvers, would it? ;D

Pathfinder..they are indeed previously owned and used but not abused :)  Despite the illusion that they might not have been well taken care of by the 2nd owner.   And they are close to Pangaea in OKC.  For the right price I'd bet one could own them..well might be a pretty stiff price for that particular pair.

But a single might be possible.  Same gun and previous owner.  Lucky fellow had at least three of them.

Ahh, I believe I know and have drooled over those fine pieces, but short of trading one of my six kids for even just one of them, I don't think I could afford them. Always nice to be reminded that they are out there tho.  ;D

Yes, thank goodness there is glass between me and them or they would be all rusted by now from my drooling :)
