the scale model was made from steel plate, stick welded, including suspension arms, springs, the main gun, the drive wheel and the idler wheel, being only the running wheels in aluminiun to save weight.

of course the pieze runs, but we must find the right engine to make it work.
the weight is around 70 kg (around 150 pounds)
next project might well be a russian T34, or a Sherman, maybe american, or maybe canadian or commonwealth version.

the painting process has been started, with a RAL (german code for paint) sand yellow base
the tone of the colour is probably better distinguised indoors, as the pictures were taken in a sunny morning, with really hard strong light.
note that the pieze was artificially "aged", with a good painting job.
