Well, he was wino, tried and true.

Duley noted. Lucky I still have the upper body strength, just have ta work on the gut and cardio. It was nice when I didn't have ta "work on it". All the good eatin and being out of the field is my downfall.

When the food is good it's very easy to put it on. First wife was a bad cook an I stayed slim. Now I'm into cookin and the wife is too.

TLD's words have iron in'em, Leo. I love to eat, too. After 50, it REALLY gets hard to get it off. By then, all the stupid stuff you did as young'un catches up with you. Exercise is a lot more difficult when things don't work like they used to or are startin' to wear. Try to walk more, at least. I get more exercise now doing the bus thing than when I first retired. Worst thing you can do is veg, you gotta keep movin'..................Buck
