Well I sure wish someone had some pictures so I could see what they look like. I've got some sears............I'm sure they are winchester and I think they are either for the single set triggers for the Winchester 1873 or 1876 models........I have no use for 73 or 76 parts but I sure could use some 86 stuff...........so  if anyone has some pics so I could see what I have I would appreciate it and if they are for the 73 or 76 models I would swap for 86 set trigger stuff or lower tang.

Set Trigger Fans,

Interesting information about set triggers on Winchesters, pictures show '73, but parts are the same for '76.

Trying to get any knowledge possible. Inherited a very early '73 with a set trigger thats been robbed of the springs. Any drawings, directions for adjustment, good tight photos of an assembled and functional single set trigger tang would be awesome. Look forward to a FLOOD of feedback on this 10 year old thread!

You might also want to post your request under the 1873 and/or Gunsmithing forum here on CAS City. There are a number of very knowledgeable folks wandering around here, but they might not all check in on the 1876 board. Some of them are pretty busy too and don't check for new posts 50 times a day like I do, so it may take a while.

Welcome! I hope that you get the info you're looking for.
