Uberti Stainless SAA Engraved
« on: February 14, 2013, 08:17:20 AM »
Picked this up in a trade a few nights ago. Its a beautiful piece, but it is a little fancy for my tastes. However, I am planning on holding on to it and building a rig to suit its design. As far as I can tell, it has never been fired and still in the original box.

Has anyone seen these with standard walnut grips, instead of the plastic pearl ones?

these ain't stainless, they are in the white, but they were the engraved ones that Taylors came out with..(they were photo engraved, and then chased some with a hand chisel to make it not appear so uniform. They came with wood grips (I got a pair of them) and I put on Boone Traders Poly-ivory grips. They are aging almost identical to my real elephant ivorys..

it would be nice to see a pix of that fine pistol.
