Just in case some of you don't know, us Brits have been allowed to own nitro converted cylinders for our B/P revolvers.
These are similar to Richards cartridge version but instead of being drilled through for shells, the nipple end takes shotgun primers.
Anyway, a few comps ago, my pal Mule was flexing his jaw muscles and giving me some ear ache.
As a consequence, I managed to miss the powder from one cylinder, (Oh no, I hear you say!)
On the line, bang-ting (five times),,,phut-ting (fives times),,,
what??? The upshot was that you can safely practice in your garage using only shotgun primer power!
Does my old Scottish heart(and wallet) proud!
