I wonder if there is a story in the gopher world about the place you should never go?

I've never been certain if I blew them to pieces, collapsed their tunnels on them, killed them by blast / shock wave, or just shot them down the tunnels until they came to a sharp corner and broke their furry little necks.

Never really cared, because we ended up with a gopher free zone and didn't have to post no steeekin signs.

I got a bunch of those little tunnel rats pushing up dirt in my yard, 4T. Thanks for letting me know how not to get rid of them.

Also have some groundhogs(Woodchucks to many of you non hillbilly folks). That same plan might get rid of them, too.....but the holes are a lot bigger, you could pour a lot more than one pound in them at a time....Hmmmm.

Hell, give it a try.  The neighbors already think you're crazy, so you have little to lose..... 'cept your rodent population.

I have a woodhog in my neighborhood, don't dare Hornet it, powder might be two much, chased him across two lanes on the main street a couple blocks away, with the Field Marshall a couple months ago but figured I better stay out of some guys yard.   ::)

May I suggest a fuse instead of a trail of powder. Give ya time to get outta the blast zone.  ;)

After some consideration, due to the current price and availability for powder(as well as any other reloading related product) The groundhogs will get to live another day, or at least I'm not gonna use the "Nuclear Option" on them. However, if any sniping opportunities present themselves.....
