Even Governors are controlling by Executive Order agains their citizens. What next ? What ever happened to government of the people, by the people and for the people? Instead it is screw the people !

Oklahoma Gov. Fallin reaffirms support of Common Core by issuing executive order

December 5, 2013

OKLAHOMA CITY – Republican leaders in Indiana recently said Common Core has become so politically toxic that it's nearly as unpopular with voters as the new health care law.

Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin, a Republican, apparently doesn't agree.

On Wednesday, Fallin issued an executive order reaffirming her support of the new, nationalized learning standards, reports the Associated Press.

Fallin's executive order "states the federal government will have no input in the formulation of the standards and that the state will be responsible for deciding how to test student performance," the AP reports.

While that might soothe the fears of some critics, it does nothing to alleviate the concerns of others who believe Common Core is designed to impose a kind of academic socialism upon the nation's 13,000 school districts, bringing them to the same, mediocre level.

Fallin's support of the homogenized learning standards isn't surprising, considering she recently became the chairwoman of the National Governors Association, one of the two private organizations that holds the copyright to the Common Core learning standards. (The Council of Chief State School Officers is the other organization.)

Steve Dickson of the Oklahoma City Conservative Examiner notes the governor's unwavering support of Common Core puts her directly at odds with many Oklahoma GOP activists. That could be a real problem for Fallin when she seeks reelection next November.

"It remains to be seen if this will add to the momentum building for a primary challenge to Governor Fallin," Dickson writes. "Rumors have recently circulated that former State Sen. Randy Brogdon is considering just such an effort. In 2010, Fallin won the GOP Primary 136,477 to 98,170. Considering the giant fundraising advantage ($2,765,635.66 for Fallin to Brogdon at $437,642.24) in that election, a well- funded challenge would have a legitimate chance of making up the 38,307 voter gap.

Dickson concludes Fallin executive order "will certainly not do anything to quell the rising discontent from the activist base of the party."

Obama asks Supreme Court for new standard that could limit free speech
Wednesday, December 4, 2013

WASHINGTON, December 4, 2013 — How far will President Obama go to control what we see and hear? How about removing First Amendment protections from FOX News or even from MSNBC, ABC, CNN, CBS or NBC. Maybe no free speech or freedom of the press for The Washington Times nor The Washington Post nor The New York Times or any other major media? Obama would justify it by claiming they are all tainted because they seek to profit from the news business.

Don't laugh. This is the danger from the ground-breaking legal theory being argued by the Obama Administration to the Supreme Court. The threat is carefully-camouflaged within the legal briefs filed to defend Obamacare in the Hobby Lobby case. At the core of its argument that Hobby Lobby must provide abortion-inducing "birth control" to its employees, the government claims that for-profit corporations have no First Amendment rights. Only individuals do. Plus non-profits.

So Brian Williams would retain all his constitutional rights and so would George Stephanapolous, Rachel Maddow, Matt Lauer, Diane Sawyer, Chris Matthews, Ed Schultz, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Marc Levin, Bill O'Reilly and the other individuals who deliver news, talk radio and entertainment. But their employers presumably would lose those rights unless they restructured into noble non-profits. Then the small handful of pesky reporters would be no more troublesome than the ones from NPR.

Of course, none of them would have protection from being monitored by the NSA.

To be fair, the Solicitor-General's pro-Obamacare briefs in Sebelius versus Hobby Lobby do not single-out First Amendment free speech and free press rights; but they don't exclude them either when they argue that First Amendment freedom of religion rights should be denied to for-profit corporations. Yet since when do any Constitutional rights hinge on whether an entity is a for-profit corporation? It's a novel argument and a chilling one. If the Supreme Court accepts the idea it would set legal dominoes falling as other rights toppled. Once it's the basis for limiting one First Amendment right, it becomes a sinkhole where other First Amendment rights disappear.

Our First Amendment rights include free exercise of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of the press, feedom of peaceable assemble, and freedom to petition government for redress of grievances.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Businesses have good purposes and good reasons to need rights. Making profit is only one of them. People do much of their work and seek to accomplish many of their goals through businesses that often are small or are closely-held. Hobby Lobby is not a small business but it is a closely-held business, a subchapter-S corporation owned by just seven members of the David and Barbara Green family. By disregarding this, and demagoguing purely against the supposed evil of for-profit corporations, Obama's lawyers are asking the Supreme Court to issue a ruling that would be used to claim that all our First Amendment rights are lost whenever we choose to work through the medium—the tool—of a business structure.

Disparaging the profit motive has been a long-time goal of the American Left; now they want it ratified by a Supreme Court decision. That would demote businesses to the lowest caste in America's previously-classless society. They would become outcasts. Pariahs.

President Obama has attacked First Amendment rights in several ways, often linking it to a condemnation of those who seek to earn a profit, usually making it sound evil to make money by providing a basic need.

For example, in arguing for health care reform in July 2009, Obama urged that medical professionals and insurance companies should not be trusted. He told ABC News, "A whole lot of people are having bad experiences because recommendations are coming from people who have a profit motive." That same summer he accused doctors of performing unnecessary surgeries, even amputations, due to greed.

While the Occupy Wall Street movement has fought American businesses, Obama has led an Occupy America movement, railing against political speech by corporations. His infamous 2010 State of the Union remarks condemned the Supreme Court's ruling in the Citizens United case that protects issue-related advertising by corporations. Corporate ads on behalf of a candidate for office remain illegal, although Obama often fudges over that important distinction.

But while he condemns corporate speech and restricts White House press, Obama freely spends public funds for propaganda, including an estimated $684-million to promote Obamacare, according to Associated Press calculations.

Hobby Lobby sued on principles of religious freedom and the Religious Freedom Restoration Act that requires government to accommodate those principles. Instead of accommodating them, the Obama Administration saw a chance to expand restrictions on religious freedom.

The effort is being coordinated. For example, Congresswoman Gwen Moore (D, WI), last week said, "The First Amendment, we revere it. It protects the rights of religious schools, churches, places of worship. And I think that the sanctity of that is something we all appreciate as Americans. The Hobby Lobby is not one of those institutions."

So, according to Moore, any type of religious activity at Hobby Lobby has zero First Amendment protection?

Does she know that each year Hobby Lobby purchases hundreds of newspaper ads at Easter and Christmas, inviting people "to know Jesus as Lord and Savior"? They even post a collection of their ads online (link). The official corporate statement of purpose includes "[h]onoring the Lord in all we do by operating the company in a manner consistent with Biblical principles." The company foregoes tens of millions of dollars of annual revenue by closing each of their hundreds of stores every Sunday. They provide chaplains and spiritual counseling to all 13,000 workers. They provide insurance to workers which includes 16 of the 20 contraceptives that Obamacare says they must. But not the four that actually terminate a pregnancy. For that, they face fines that could be $1.3-million each day.

Those details don't matter to the Left. They are blind except to the dirty words, "for-profit." But they glorify non-profits, as though non-profit or "non-partisan" means better-intentioned and clearer-thinking. In truth, neither for-profit nor non-profit is automatically good or bad.

The Left poses the issue like this: Religious liberty is for people, not corporations. Elizabeth Wydra of the Constitutional Accountability Project writes, "a business corporation lacks the basic human capacities — reason, dignity and conscience — at the core of the right to free exercise of religion," adding, "Have you ever seen Exxon Mobil in the pew next to you at church?" Of course, those identical points could be raised about non-profits as well. Posing arguments in her way misses the point.

Here is a better analysis: Corporations are legitimate and convenient tools that individuals use to accomplish their purposes. We don't restrict religious use of other tools on the grounds that they lack a conscience. To accomplish our religious purposes, we can use a car rather than walk, or use radio and television rather than speaking only person-to-person. Rather than asking whether a corporation is for-profit, a better test is whether it's a legitimate tool or instrument. For a family of seven devout Christians, their closely-held subchapter-S corporation, Hobby Lobby, can be used by them the same as their other personal assets, consistently with their religious faith. For companies in similar circumstance, or which are instrumentalities of churches and religious orders, Obamacare exemptions should apply. Multiple courts have agreed and so should the Supreme Court.

On the other hand, CBS, with thousands of shareholders, would have a more difficult challenge in claiming a religious exemption because they would be hard-put to demonstrate religious purpose and activitty. But they should have no difficulty with their claim to other Constitutional protections, once the Obama "for-profit corporation" test is rejected.

It's frightening to grasp the audacity of the government briefs in the Hobby Lobby case, and the boldness of the new limits on Constitutional freedoms which they could sneak in if the Supreme Court approved "for-profit" as a new boundary line for rights.

The government brief also repeats a common nonsense argument that is heard so often that people rarely think it through. The claim is that an employer, by not providing contraceptives, is "imposing their religious views on their employees." No. The employer is refusing to let the government impose its view upon the employer. If somebody compels you to perform an action, they are imposing upon you. When you refrain from taking an action, you are not imposing on anybody.

We have had too much imposed on us already from the first Supreme Court decision on Obamacare. Fortunately, even after the Hobby Lobby case, more challenges to Obamacare are in the legal pipeline. An important action by the State of Oklahoma. And multiple lawsuits by Catholic-affiliated institutions. It's just too bad that the White House gets a bottomless pit of taxpayer money to fight against them. And uses the money to ask for outrageous new restrictions on our rights.

My hope is that some of the so call Educate dummies in Elk County might further their education by reading this article and realize they live in a very remote rural area! That means there is no Metropolitan area that we are a sleep suburb of.  And that means we have absolutely no reason to try to duplicate the suburbs of Wichita by building a Taj Mahal of a School and creating an unneeded $6 million dollar debt for the next 20 years which will include a great deal of interest charges perhaps as much as Million dollars or more.  What rural people want is openess and honesty. That is my opinion. The empheasis  and coloring is my work in the article.

In rural America, secessionist sentiment stirs

Cumberland, Md. (AFP) - By day, Scott Strzelcyzk is an IT consultant in this rural Appalachian corner of Maryland. By night, he's something of a modern-day American revolutionary.

"It's time for a 51st state!" declared Strzelcyzk at a town hall meeting in Cumberland, rallying support for an "amiable divorce" from the coastal state's more urban eastern half.

The United States hasn't added a state since 1959 when Alaska and Hawaii became the 49th and 50th states, but Strzelcyzk is optimistic that western Maryland -- five counties -- could strike off on its own in as little as three to five years.

The area is not alone. In other states like California, Colorado or Michigan, regions are itching for statehood, often for the main reason Strzelcyzk cites -- frustration with government.

"I think of myself as an average citizen who is sick and tired of being sick and tired," said Strzelcyzk, who refers to the state capital Annapolis with the same contempt that euroskeptics reserve for Brussels.

"In Maryland, we have a number of irreconcilable differences with the state government and how they govern," he said.

The laundry list of grievances that underpins the Liberate Western Maryland movement runs from higher taxes on alcohol and cigarettes to "oppressive" gun control legislation, in-state college tuition for illegal immigrants, and even stricter rules on septic tanks.

Several hundred people had signed a petition backing the statehood movement by the time Strzelcyzk and a handful of supporters presented their vision to about 80 people who attended the rally at Allegany College in Cumberland.

Its credo is "one smaller, leaner government, more freedom, more personal responsibilities" for the 650,000 predominantly white, rural and older inhabitants of the Maryland panhandle, where 11 percent of the state's total population lives.

But how would Western Maryland pay its bills? Some members of the audience wanted to know.
"We'll make it attractive" to business, Strzelcyzk said.

Activist Scott Strzelcyzk looks at a framed copy of the US Constitution in his New Windsor, Maryland ...
Others asked why grievances could not simply be tackled at the ballot box, eliminating the need for separation from the rest of the state.

"They have a rigged game, with rigged rules, on a rigged field and they own the referees," he said. "Even through the normal electoral process, the outcome cannot be changed."

Once a Democrat, and later a Republican, Strzelcyzk pitches his proposal at meetings of the conservative Tea Party movement.

Maryland is largely a Democratic state, with liberals living in prosperous suburbs just outside Washington and African-Americans making up the majority of its biggest city Baltimore.

Gay marriage is enshrined in law and Governor Martin O'Malley favors tougher gun laws.

Frank Shafroth, director of the Center for State and Local Government Leadership at George Mason University in Virginia, said that state secessionist movements are signs of frustration in an aging population.
"Those rural areas are seeing fewer and fewer young people," he told AFP.

"They are more and more white; there are more and more people over the age of 55 who have very different values; they have old traditional values -- and they have a difficult time adjusting."

Breakaway regions are nothing new in US history -- Delaware separated from Pennsylvania, Kentucky was carved out of Virginia and Maine was once part of Massachusetts -- but those examples date to the 1700s and 1800s.

In recent years, in the Rocky Mountain state of Colorado, 11 counties attempted to break away from the main city Denver, although the proposal was defeated in a referendum.

In northern California, the idea of a Jefferson state -- taking in a southern chunk of Oregon -- dates back to the 19th century, and is making a comeback.

Secession, however, is more easily argued than done.
"The obstacles would be hard to overcome," Shafroth said.

Secession by a county would require approval from the legislature of the state concerned, "an unlikely outcome particularly given that those areas that want to secede represent a declining population, so they have very little power within the state legislatures."

Even if that hurdle was cleared, secession would still have to be approved by the US Congress, Shafroth added.

Back at the town hall meeting in Cumberland, Todd Arbogast, a 42-year-old analyst, said secession was still worth pursuing.

"Annapolis ignores us," he said.
Brandon Juhcish, 30, described his feelings as "a little bit skeptical," while Josh Frick, 42, a gun shop employee, leaned in favor of the idea.
"Most of these counties are more rural," Frick said.
"They have different priorities. The environment is different. How they see themselves as individuals is different. What they expect from the government is different."

The Complete List (Well, Almost) of Obama's Scandals, Misdeeds, Crimes and Blunders...
December 07, 2013

John MacHaffie

InvestmentWatchBlog

• $6 trillion in new national debt under Obama...after he promised to decrease the deficit.

• Obamacare — A massive and incredibly convoluted bill which exponentially increases the federal government's control over our personal lives...which neither Obama nor a single Democrat even read before passing, and which will likely bankrupt the nation.

• In both the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections, the Obama campaign purposely disabled the credit card verification system for its Web site donations, allowing anyone from any foreign country to donate with no limit and no proof of identity; in both elections it was demonstrated that people overseas and people with obviously false identities were able to donate to Obama campaign, in direct violation of several laws. To this day it is not known what percentage of Obama's campaign funds are illegally obtained, since there is no documentation.

• Billions of taxpayer dollars gambled on "green" companies like Solyndra, NextEra, Ener1, Solar Trust and many others — all of which went bankrupt.

• An intentional refusal to enforce federal immigration laws.

• Unemployment at or above 8% for almost his entire term in office (which was actually closer to 15% actual unemployment).

• Operation Fast & Furious — a government-sponsored illegal gun-running scheme designed to purposely go awry so as to induce public outcry for gun control.

• Spent 20 years listening to a racist anti-American pastor (Rev. Jeremiah Wright), whom Obama described as a mentor. On March 18, 2008, Obama gave a speech in which he said "I could no more disown Jeremiah Wright than I could disown my own grandmother" and "[Wright's church, Trinity United] embodies the black community in its entirety." Now Obama tries to pretend that Jeremiah Wright doesn't exist, and that his extremist anti-white philosophy didn't influence Obama's worldview.

• Increased the percentage of Americans dependent on food stamps to unprecedented levels (now over 15% of the nation's population).

• Militarily intervened in Libya in 2011 without the Congressional approval required by the War Powers Act — technically an impeachable offense.

• Before he entered politics, Obama worked as a lawyer suing banks in landmark cases, forcing them to give home loans to unqualified minority borrowers — a practice now understood as one of the primary initial causes of the eventual housing bubble and market collapse.

• Handed out over 1,200 waivers to politically connected donors exempting them from the onerous requirements of Obamacare.

• Greatly expanding the number of unaccountable "czars," which essentially amounts to unilaterally adding new federal departments with no congressional oversight — leading to a true "bureaucracy" in the original sense (rule by unelected bureaucrats).

• Using taxpayer dollars to bail out the private pension funds of autoworkers' unions at GM & Chrysler.

• Illegally ending the welfare-to-work requirements passed by Congress.

• Doling out $800 billion in stimulus cash for "shovel-ready" jobs that didn't exist — the money just evaporated with no measurable economic benefit.

• Alienating and isolating Israel, our strongest ally in the Middle East.

• Apologizing to Islamists and terrorists for offending them.

• Under Obama's watch, for the first time in history America's credit rating was downgraded, due to his poor economic policies.

• Stopped American oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico, allowing other nations with worse environmental records to drill instead — thereby managing to both weaken our economy and damage the environment simultaneously.

• Proposed in 2008 to intentionally bankrupt the coal industry — and now lies to voters and workers in coal-producing regions about his true intent.

• Pretends to be concerned about skyrocketing energy prices, when in fact he vowed to increase them on purpose (so as to make alternative energy schemes more competitive.)

• In a primary debate against Hillary Clinton in 2008, Obama said he would never force people to buy health insurance, since those without it couldn't afford to buy it. Less than two years later, he rammed through Obamacare, which does indeed force people to buy health insurance.

• During the 2008 campaign, Obama repeatedly promised that if he was elected "No family making less than $250,000 will see any form of tax increase." This promise was broken over and over again once he was elected.

• In 2008 Obama vowed if elected to increase security along the U.S.-Mexican border — and then in 2010 stopped construction of a "virtual fence" on the border and re-routed money earmarked for border security to other projects.

• Cash for Clunkers, which doled out taxpayer money to anyone who wanted to replace their old cars, but which mostly only ended up subsidizing the puchase of foreign-made cars by people who could have afforded them on their own anyway; meanwhile, the traded-in cars were all destroyed, creating a shortage and thereby increasing the cost of used cars, hurting the pocketbooks of poor people.

• Violated the U.S. Constitution by authorizing assassinations and drone strikes to kill American citizens abroad — without due process.

• Was caught on a "hot mike" promising the President of Russia that he would cave in to their demands for a weaker missile shield — after he was re-elected and no longer had to keep up the pretense that he sought to defend America.

• Appointed Van Jones, a former avowed communist who supported a "9/11 Truth" petition, to be "Green Jobs Czar."

• Appointed Anita Dunn, who said Chairman Mao was her "favorite philosopher," to be White House Communications Director.

• Appointed John Holdren, who perviously entertained the notion of forced mass sterilzation to stop overpopulation, to be Science Czar.

• Appointed Steven Chu, who openly advocated an artificial increase in gasoline prices to $10/gallon (and similar increases in other energy prices) to be Secretary of Energy.

• Appointed Kevin Jennings, who led a group that promoted X-rated "sex-positive" textbooks for 13-year-olds, instructed teenagers at a conference how to perform "fisting" (anal penetration by fists), who refused to report instances of statutory rape, and who expressed admiration for a member of NAMBLA, to be America's "Safe School's Czar."

• When states voted to enforce the federal immigration laws which the federal government refused to enforced, Obama sued to stop them.

• Blocked continued construction of the Keystone Pipeline, thereby intentionally reducing energy resources for the US and forcing Canada to sell more of its oil to China.

• Repeatedly changed his position on gay marriage over the years, depending on what was politically expedient at the moment and which intended audience he was addressing.

• Before he was president, Obama staunchly opposed raising the national debt limit — but once elected, he insisted that it be raised.

• When giving a 2009 speech in France that he must have assumed Americans would never hear, he described the United States as "arrogant" and "dismissive" (while also criticizing Europe elsewhere in the speech).

• When states tried to stop election fraud with voter ID laws, Obama sued to prevent them from doing so.

• Instructed Attorney General Eric Holder to stonewall any investigation into the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panthers.

• Promised in 2008 that once elected he would officially recognize the Armenian Genocide; but to this date he has still failed to do so, caving in to threats and pressure from Turkey.

• Vowed to end the influence of lobbyists in Washington, but under Obama's watch their influence has only increased.

• When he was first running for President, Obama promised, "I will not sign any non-emergency bill without giving the American public an opportunity to review and comment on the White House website for five days." Needless to say, he has broken that promise with almost every bill he has signed since.

• Aided and abetted the "Arab Spring" which deposed existing secular governments across North Africa, leading to a regional power vacuum which was filled by Al Qaeda, the Muslim Brotherhood, and other hardline Islamists.

• Refused to provide assistance or support the the earlier secular Iranian democracy uprising, allowing them to be crushed by the Islamic fundamentalist Iranian regime.

• In his first months in office, Obama bowed to the king of Saudi Arabia, the president of China, the Emperor of Japan, and President of Mexico, among others.

• Ordered NASA to make one of its top priorities not space exploration or scientific research but "Muslim outreach."

• Used Obamacare as a pretext to greatly increase the size and power of the IRS (which was given 16,000 new agents and additional mandates to penalize taxpayers for noncompliance).

• Used the IRS to harass conservative businesses.

• In the GM bailout, he illegally shortchanged investors who according to bankruptcy laws were first in line to be recompensed; instead, he gave their share to the unions.

• Shut down oil drilling in the US, but then turned around and lent $2 billion to Brazil to support their government-controlled oil-drilling effort — and then promised the US would become one of Brazil's biggest oil customers.

• Sued Boeing in an effort to control where businesses could locate, kowtow to the unions, and block the creation of 1,000 jobs in South Carolina, a right-to-work (i.e. no forced unionization) state.

• Adopted a longstanding Socialist political slogan, "Forward!", as his 2012 campaign motto.

• Sent insulting form letters to the familes of dead SEALs.

• Neither disavowed nor distanced himself from anti-Romney campaign ads which threatened or implied violence against Republicans.

• Shortly after the recent eruption of anti-American violence in North Africa, Obama went to Las Vegas to do his debate preparation in a hotel...with a romanticized North Africa theme.

• Said in an interview that the Muslim call to prayer was "one of the prettiest sounds on earth at sunset."

• Union boss and far-left activist Andy Stern has visitied Obama in the White House at least 53 times, at last count — greater access than any other private citizen.

• Hosted at the White House many Islamist members of groups associated with Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood, etc.

• Sponsored performances by and attended fundraisers with radical rappers like Michael Franti and Common, both of whose lyrics have in some cases been anti-police, anti-white, and anti-America.

• Hired Timothy Geithner, who is documented as cheating on his own personal taxes, to be Secretary of the Treasury.

• Told Joe "the Plumber" Wurzelbacher that it was good to "spread the wealth around."

• Told small business owners nationwide in a 2012 speech that "you didn't build that" — implying that they should not claim credit for their own success, since taxpayers (i.e. themselves and other business owners) had funded the national infrastructure.

• Insulted the British people by rudely returning to them a bust of Churchill which previously had been a ceremonial gift on display at the White House; when later confronted on this inexplicable action, he lied about it.

• Canceled plans to complete a missile defense shield in Poland, a move which was highly praised by Russia — the very nation whose missile threat would have been neutralized if the shield had been completed.

• By loudly publicizing (for personal political gain) the identity of exact SEAL teams who had killed Osama bin Laden, Obama made them a target for reprisals by Islamists; a short time later 22 SEALS were shot down and killed in Afghanistan, their worst loss of life ever.

• Established an extra-Constitutional top secret "kill list" of people (including Americans) Obama claims the right to kill on sight, and then bragged about it publicly.

• Set up a special email account, "Flag@Whitehouse.gov," to which Americans were supposed to inform the government of anyone they heard spreading "disinformation" about Obama's health care overhaul. (This was the first of three different "spy on your friends and neighbors" programs.)

• "Attack Watch" was Obama's second Big Brother attempt, a Web site on which you would report "attacks" on Obama's proposals and ideology; it was quickly shut down due to outrage and mockery.

• Finally, Obama set up the "Truth Team" program which encouraged citizens to report to the government any friends or relatives they hear repeating "lies" about Obama. The Truth Team site still exists.

• Twisted the arms of defense contractors to not issue layoff notices in early November, so as to avoid causing bad news for Obama right before the election — even though federal law (the "WARN Act") requires such notices.

• After the attacks on American interests in North Africa on September 11, 2012, Obama gave a speech to the U.N. and declared "The future must not belong to those who slander The Prophet of Islam" — transferring the blame from the attackers onto the makers of a film trailer that supposedly "offended" the Islamists.

• Repeatedly snubbed and got into public tiffs with Benjamin Netanyahu, who as the leader of Israel is supposed to be Obama's closest colleague in international affairs.

• On May 19, 2011, Obama told Israel they must return to the 1967 borders as a pre-condition for continuing talks with the Palestinians — even though the status of the borders was the main issue the talks were supposed to address.

• Encouraged politically biased hiring practices in the Justice Department.

• Soon after taking office, Obama rescinded the "Mexico City Policy," which previously had banned NGOs which are supported by American taxpayer funds from using those funds to perform abortions in foreign countries.

• Attempted to force returning veterans to pay huge increases for their health coverage...as a way to generate more funding for his Obamacare provisions.

• In June of 2011, he anointed his own underage daughters as "senior staff members" so that their vacation to Africa would be paid for with taxpayer money.

• Interviews with high school classmates revealed that Obama was a heavy and frequent user of marijuana in his teenage years (not to mention his self-admitted cocaine use in college).

• Played over 100 rounds of golf during his first three years in office, meaning that he was on the links close to 10% of the days he has been president.

• Voted to allow post-birth abortions (i.e. facilitating the deaths of babies who survive late-term abortions) not just once but three times in a row as an Illinois state senator.

• The pastor whom Obama selected to give the national benediction at his 2009 inauguration recently declared that "all white people are going to Hell."

• Sided with Hugo Chavez and the Castro regime regarding the Honduran Constitutional Crisis of 2009, the first time ever that the U.S. formed a political alliance with socialist governments in Latin America.

• Obama Administration OKed the nomination of Chas Freeman to chair the National Intelligence Council (which coordinates intelligence reports from all government agencies), despite the fact that he was openly hostile to Israel and strongly favored Arabist goals. (He later withdrew under pressure.)

• Chinese pianist Lang Lang played an offensively anti-American song at a 2011 White House dinner where Obama hosted Chinese president Hu Jintao, to the delight and amazement of the communist Chinese visitors, while Obama just sat there and smiled (the song's Chinese lyrics describe Americans as "warmongering jackals").

• There was a great deal of (still unverified) suspicion that the company LightSquared received favorable treatment from the Obama administration for approval of its broadband technology which interfered with the GPS system; an Air Force general claimed he was pressured by the Obama administration to downplay his criticism of LightSquared's technology in sworn testimony.

• Obama's Department of Energy awarded $529 million to Fisker Automotive to build their Karma hybrid electric cars — even though they are manufactured in Finland, cost over $100,000 each, and tend to explode.

• When Inspector General Gerald Walpin discovered during a 2009 investigation that one of Obama's political allies (the mayor of Sacramento) was misusing government funds for personal gain, Obama unceremoniously fired Walpin — even though rooting out fraud was the job description of the Inspector General.

Good Show: "GQ" Ranks Barack Obama As #17 on
"The 25 Least Influential People of 2013″
List, Calls President "Very Eloquent Hat Stand"

Premier American monthly men's fashion/style/culture liberal magazine "GQ" (formerly called "Gentlemen's Quarterly") has put Pres. Barack Obama on a years-end list. A list for 2013 of the most NON-INFLUENTIAL men and women in the limelight.

Barry O ranks Number 17. Which is a better ranking than the magazine gave to pop-shock vanity queen Lady Gaga or to cicadas (which *ahem* aren't people, but one would hope "GQ" writers bloody well know that and were going for wry, surreal humor and not chuckleheaded, wasted-stoner idiocy). The president's ranking was NOT as good as that given to cold-blooded murderer Jodi Arias.

This is the third installment of the left-leaning magazine's "you annoy us rather than influence us" list, which makes a valiant attempt to kinda-sorta balance the conservative vs. liberal jeers and jabs.

Surprisingly, FLOTUS Michelle Obama ranked Number 7 on last year's list. With an unflattering caricature of the First Lady/Nanny State Food Police Commander to boot:

"Every once in a while I just have a compelling need to shoot my mouth off."

The Wall Street Journal reported this week that schools in the US were performing below those in Vietnam, Lithuania, Russia, and Hungary; that our 15 year olds haven't seen improvement in over a decade compared to other nations. For those who think I embrace Common Core, I don't embrace or even want to tolerate what it's come to mean in too many locations. Yes, it's been hijacked, and I don't support the hijackers or the destination, but I don't blame the airplane for getting hijacked. I just hope we aren't willing to accept mediocrity as a standard. Let's kill the name Common Core and all the nonsense that's been tacked on to it. But let's insist that if we continue to spend the most money in education we demand that the end result is achievement. Every Governor should take the wheel and steer his or her state to adopting strict and rigorous standards. Keep it simple; name it what you will. Don't let anyone corrupt the goals by adding things not part of the goals. Common Core is dead. But common sense shouldn't be.

Obama's Back Dated & Forged Selective Service Form
Hits Washington Times in Full Page Ad

http://freedomoutpost.com/2013/12/obamas-back-dated-forged-selective-service-form-hits-washington-times-full-page-ad/

Someone has finally decided to put out Barack Obama's forged documents in a mainstream paper. On Monday, CDR Charles Kerchner (Retired) took out a full page ad in the Washington Times to make people aware of the fraudulent documents of Barack Hussein Obama, specifically his back dated and forged selective service form.

Kerchner's ad appeared on page 5 of the Washington Times National Weekly and included a large copy of Barack Obama's Selective Service form, along with various URLs to other pertinent information on the various forgeries of Obama's documents.

If you thought Kerchner was done with only one ad dealing with Obama's Selective Service form, you would be mistaken. He also dealt with John Boehner.

Kerchner blasted House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), who apparently has taken a similar stand to that of Markwayne Mullins, who said he believes that Obama's birth certificate is a fraud, but doesn't "give a sh*t."

Mr. Kerchner wrote:
To House of Representatives Speaker John Boehner – We the People Have Been Repeatedly Asked You To Act:  Are you living up to your oath to support and defend the Constitution from domestic enemies? Are you doing your job as the leader of the People's House and protecting We the People from a fraud in the White House?  It is time for you to launch congressional investigations into Obama's forged ID documents or at least get out of the way and stopping blocking those in Congress who wish to do that. You've office was been given a Sheriff's Kit by Mike Volin and his team during their visit to Washington DC last week which presents the evidence compiled from a two year investigation by the Sheriff's Department of Maricopa County AZ (which includes Phoenix). The evidence proves federal felony document crimes have been committed!  Speaker Boehner, are you living up to your solemn oath to support and defend the Constitution from domestic enemies? Are you the leader of the People's House and protecting We the People from a national fraud being perpetrated on the nation?  It is time for you to do your duty and launch a Select Committee to publicly in open hearing in Congress investigate the ongoing fraud and the crimes being perpetrated by Barack Obama. If you will not do that, then step down and get out of the way.  We the People demand it!

Another full page ad appeared in the Times in which a "Dear John" letter was written, calling him out for his silence.

Kerchner included links in his ad to Arizona Chief Investigator Michael Zullo's sworn affidavit, attesting to the fact that Obama's documents have been forged, as well as documentation provided by Debbie Schlussel, which Obama's Selective Service registration is a fraud.

The pressure continues to build. However, don't expect establishment Republicans to get on board. After all, they this is really no big deal for them, and they are ready to roll over in bed with the Democrats as they have already demonstrated. However, there is hope that some Tea Party representatives, like Steve Stockman, who do believe there is validity to the information and want to see a serious inquiry for the public's best interest, will act. Stockman even passed out copies of Articles of Impeachment to every House member earlier this year.

Contact your representative or senator today and let them know you want this issue investigated and resolved, including impeachment and removal from office of Barack Hussein Obama if necessary.

Newsflash to Politicians: You Work for the People – Not a Political Party!

Posted By Richard Anthony on Dec 10, 2013
http://freedomoutpost.com/2013/12/newsflash-politicians-work-people-political-party/

I understand that this might be a new concept for our elected officials, but what part of "We the people" do they not get? In 2009 a Gallup poll said that 80% of people were satisfied their healthcare and 60% were satisfied with their insurance. Despite all of those numbers, democrats decided to overhaul our healthcare system. This was done strictly along political and party lines and even though the American people told these democrats politicians in town hall meetings to "LEAVE OUR HEALTH CARE ALONE!" Nobody listened, and in spite of all the negative responses from the American people, the Affordable Care Act was passed. Not one single Republican voted for it. Obviously, they heard the people when they said "No" to Obamacare.

What part of the term "Public Servant" do Democrats not comprehend? It should have been very simple to understand that a majority of Americans did not want some idiot politician messing around with their health care. However, during the last 5 years we have had a complete and utter breakdown in communication between the "public" and the "public servants."  It's like we're all speaking different languages. And to add insult to injury, we were lied to, not once, not twice, but dozens of times about this whole sorted mess. Maybe I'm the one that doesn't get it, but I thought that if politicians wanted my vote, they're supposed to kiss my butt, not the other way around. Now we are being told to "lean forward," bend over and grab our ankles and just take it, because they know what's best for us. I'm sorry, but that doesn't work for me...not at all!

Since the election of the "Anointed One" five years ago, 9 trillion (that's Trillion with a capital "T") of our tax dollars have been thrown down into a bottomless pit and there has been Z-E-R-O accountability as to where it all went. Major American cities, as well as several states, are either
bankrupt or are on the verge of bankruptcy. Yet, the Democrats have the stones to tell us we need to pony-up more money to fix the same problems that we have already spent hundreds of billions of tax dollars on to fix something that we supposedly have already fixed?

Anyone else getting a headache with that kind of logic?

I'm not a math wizard or a rocket scientist, but I know that our healthcare system prior to Obamacare worked. It wasn't perfect, but it worked. Now these same idiots that didn't listen to us in the first place are trying to tell us that the "new" system (which never worked in the first place) that costs more money and offers us less choices is "better"?

OK, well I guess it's time to send a message to these idiots in terms that they will understand; in the voting booth.

Politicians are supposed to work for their constituents (people like you and me) and they are not employed by any political party, we sign their paychecks and we can also send out pink slips too. We sure as heck did not need our healthcare system overhauled, but our political system sure could use one, right?
