Blanche ?? and other old photos

In decluttering the house, we found some old photos. I need help with them, please. Only one has any kind of label; on the front it says Blanche on front porch Del Rio.

Any ideas on any of them?

That second one I have seen somewhere. I will have to do some thinking on this. You might want to show those to some museum people.
