Windmills?

Why has there been no new news on the windmills in 2 months on here? What is our elk county economic developer doing? Why isnt she updating the little people of elk county on the progress.   How do we offer our services to the windmill contracters, anyone know?

 Im sure they are very busy trying to get everything organized to start construction... I wish they would hurry up myself lol...
