wow i had to come here to see if this was my wife who posted this (it wasn't ). We have been looking off an on for a couple years and more seriously the past couple weeks but we are looking more for land with or without a house although the house on Pennsylvania looks like it could be great for city living (I like the large lot and character of the home).
