I believe the owner paid to have the school taken down plus the bricks.  The man was from Douglass, Ks.

Just sat down and caught up on the East Coast Happenings.  Just love to hear about what is going on back east.  Enjoy hearing about Texas also.  Hope you and Ms. Bear had a good Mother's Day.  I'm up to about 5 hummers at my house.  Getting a little gardening done.  I really don't think this will be much of a year for the garden here.   Ladies take care.

I really did just stop to visit.  And I will plant my own beets.  If they don't do any good, I will find somewhere to buy a bushel.  I was spying on you the Sunday before that when I had your Aunt with mel   I also enjoyed visiting with you, scary isn't it?

Jarhead, now I am not the good sister, but since you are such a good gardener!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Plant some extra beets and I will sell some of my chrome diopside and buy some from you.

I would say somewhere between 5 and 6 inches of snow here in Piedmont.

Here in Greenwood County, we are still dealing with winterlike weather.  Enjoying the ballgames.  I'm thinking if the weather doesn't change soon, we'll be hiding white Easter eggs in the snow!   Not getting in any rush to plant my garden this year.

Sorry to hear of her passing.  My Aunt and her were such good friends!

Read your paper again.  Read what it says not what you want it to say.  Try the Cedarvale paper which is printed by the winfield Courier.  Just as the ElDorado Times prints several papers.
