:'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(  Many prayers for strength and courage go out to this poor family in this extremely sad time.  I remember when Melissa was expecting Bella.  I remember the beautiful little girl she was...I remember her beauty of spirit, her genuine joy as she trundled after her big brother, Levi.  May God grant her family His grace in bearing up under this heartbreak.   :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

LarryJ...This is the first Thanksgiving that I, too, have had to contend with the younger set having their own lives, combined with the pain of witnessing the passing of the torch, so to speak.  In a way, it's leaving a hole in my heart, a hole that I am filling with the memories of the Thanksgivings past.  No more talk of that now, as it will bring tears.  Kudos to you for finding a side to it where you can find an upside to it.  I am going to try to emulate your example. :-)

:'(  Once again, one of the best is taken.  I am unbelievably sorry to hear that Carey is no longer with us.  She always had a smile and a kind word, regardless of who it was she was talking to...And could be totally blunt at the same time.  I loved that about her. :-)  Prayers going up for Ed and the children, as well as the extended family.

I can't imagine Moline without Florence Lampson.  It hurts my heart to know that the grand old dame has passed into Elk County legend.  Prayers going up for her family during this sad time.
