Wildflowers abound
Very beautiful to see
Some just call them weeds
(there's a bountiful crop this year)
A dog paws through trash
Refuse thrown away, no need
Looking for treasure
(I've been having trouble with a neighbor's dog knocking over my trash cart
and scattering everything around)
