Ya gotta wonder... if the Census is to determine how many total people are in the country, how can they know the % of the 'total' that have responded? Nevermind, Guberment math would explain it! ::)
If they know how many they mailed or hand carried, couldn't they tell from how many come back?
I have seen many Census packets hanging on empty houses. There are quite a few empty houses in Howard.
So those packets won't go back. Somebody may come through again later and check. If it's still there that pretty much confirms it's an empty house.
We received two packets in the mail. One went to file 13.
