The snow is already over, I did get to see it. There was even some still on my car when I left work but the freeway was clear. This is the earliest that it has snowed here and about the fifth time I have seen it in 25 years.
I live about 50 miles northeast of Houston and there was just enough on the roof of one shed that I knew we did get some snow here. Supposed to get cold enough to freeze tonight.
It's a lot like winter here. Didn't get much above freezing today. Daughter put the heater in the bird bath yesterday and I am sure they appreciated it.
I have had ice on the windshield three or four times but this is the first cold spell we have had this year. Won't last long so we will enjoy it. Hope none of my pipes freeze tonight.
