I see actual progress of pipe and a lot of rock being churned up south of Moline. It looks like Moline and Grenola will have water pretty soon.
Will the Elk Rural #1 get on the same time as Moline or is it a separate deal? Will #20 provide water to Cq#2? Is the wholesale still a plan?
Where will the water originate?

Most water comes from the ground and lakes :P
The water will come from Wholesale Water Dist. No. 20 and the source will be the water treatment plant located in Chautauqua County, north of Sedan. This plant also provides water for rural water customers in Chautauqua County.
I was told that the water would be coming from the Quivira Scout Ranch Lake.
Elk@kc and Rudy You are both correct.
Thanks. Steve you really are a piss ant, aren't ya! ;D ;D ;D :D I thought maybe Elk county was going to tow a glacier down from Alaska! ;D Sheesh!
I don't think that is an option anymore I think they all melted. You know for a while they had this Hot flash in office but she has moved on.
