I left quite abruptly, and owe sixdogsmom an apology. It wasn't her response to one of my posts in Mid-April that caused me to leave, her's was just the straw that broke the camel's back.
At the time I was just tired of all the negativity that was consuming this forum. Feeling a bit like Oddball in Kelly's Heros:
"Always with the negative waves, Moriarity. Always with the negative waves."
I was also experiencing a lot of negativity on the job search front, having received several "thanks for applying, but . . . " letters that week.
Since there seems to have been a bit of a mutual catharsis here lately, I decided I'll give it one more try.

Well, I, for one am certainly glad you are back with us. I hope that your job search means that you are just looking for a change and not because you have to. Have a little faith, something always comes along. If you fail to get something you think you want, something better happens. It always has for me.
You do not owe me an apology; we all reach the melting point sometimes. Forget it, glad you are back!

Flint, if your leaving was any of my doing, I sincerely apologize. I try not to be negative, but I never know how people will take what I say. A good many people apparently don't agree with me on much, but I really don't mean to make anybody mad.
No, Diane it wasn't you. I'm not naming names because that could start up those negative waves again. It just got to the point that this centrist had had enough of the far right.
It's funny how in Kansas I was a center-right, moderate Republican, and down here in Arkansas I am a center-right Democrat.
The old joke about there being four political parties in Kansas, and three of them are Republican; is just the opposite down here.
Now I will shut-up because this is not the Politics Board and I definitely do not want to get accused of spilling it over into here. ;) ;D ::) :P
I'm glad you're back, Flint. I enjoy reading your posts, and look forward to reading more.
