I don't think our lakes rivers and creeks are going to hold up under this.
Took a few quick shots out the front and back door.
It is hailing again right now.. (5th time)
and STILL raining after an hour..
Thunder..lightening..
we are really getting it.
((In the 10 minutes it took me to take the pictures resize and get them up here..the yard is even more flooded than this.. it is rising fast.. :o

I looks like your ditch out front is about full. Any fish?
Looks like my yard except the water is running down the sidewalk like a drainage ditch. The corner ditch is full and all of it runs down the ditch in front of my house. Sometimes I think the entire town is draining this way.
At this rate the sweetcorn wont get in.
That mustn't happen. Have had 2 1/2 inches in two hours here on the west side of Howard.
Well, with the wind blowing like it is today, and the temps already in the 70's this morning (9:00), it won't take long to dry out! (Except that it's also brewing more rain for tonight!)

If it takes you out in the field with a hair dryer we will have sweet corn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What else do you have to do with your time?
You guys! ;D ;D ;D ;D
Maybe you should plant rice?
Rain, rain, go away
Come again
But not in May.
Today was a beautiful rain-free day! Looks like maybe tonight and tomorrow won't be that way, though.
