Don't forget the wonderful "" notify "" feature that you can have with each and every board.
When you are on a board index page (with the list of all subjects), click on the notify tab. (http://www.cascity.com/howard/forum/Themes/default/images/english/notify.gif)
This will notify you in your personal e-mail mailbox of each and every time someone posts aew topic in the forum in that certain board. It is a wonderful feature that makes checking new items very easy.
Don't forget to do it with each board.
You can also receive notifications on replies to certain topics. Use the notification button in the specific topic you would like to monitor.
