Go to your profile (if you're logged in, click on the profile button on the menu. In your profile, click on "Forum Profile Information". Here you can upload a picture of yourself, add your MSN email address, Yahoo and AOL nicknames and more.

when you're logged in click on (http://www.cascity.com/howard/forum/Themes/default/images/english/profile.gif) up above
on the left side of the screen you'll see this menu:

click on the link that the arrow is pointing to
scroll down a little bit to find this menu:

from there you can add your instant messenger user names (http://www.mtcmotorsports.com/edgewood/images/smiles/2thumbup.gif)
