Does anyone know why there are American flags on the mile markers along the highway?? I have heard that they are for fallen soldiers??

I haven't heard Stacy........I noticed them Monday when i went into town and I really do like them there. made me feel good!

Hope NO ONE removes them.

I see they went east of Longton, does anyone know if they went west from here?

These flags go all the way to Independence and as you can see from the news video they are going clear across the US. That should make it clear to all of us that Elk County got several of these flags clear across the county.
