Thanks for posting the Good Days tidbits Marcia.
David Lynn Knight was a Uncle to our angtown3 and Larry Ray Knight was his cousin, and also they were some of my better half's relation.

I remember this accident and knew all these kids - was a sad day for Severy

I replied to this before I seen all the other posts.  I must be ancient - Most of these events I have very vivid memories of.  I also know where the "Jones egg farm" was.  Just south of where Danny and Susan Wood live.  The Colwells lived a mile east and then south of Severy.  A daughter of Woody Hurt, married one of the boys.

I remember my mother talking about David.  I always said I wish I would have gotten to know him.  I wander how much he was like my other uncles???  Dee Gee do I know you????

I know about that night because I went to the soxhop dance that was being held.  I didn't know about the accident until Mother received a phone call that next morning.  After she hung up the phone, she held me close first than told me about the accident.  Larry Knight was in my class at Severy.
