Janet,

One of the sheriffs well before you made two arrests under a Thirteenth Judicial District warrant.

He charged the state $1.75 for arresting the pair.

What did you charge?

No charge.  We arrested you for free.

I imagine that you had people coming in from other counties to take advantage of that, huh?
