Well thank you for the welcome. I just happened to stumble across this board while looking for flooding articles for Elk county. I lived in Lonton most of my childhood and we moved away about 1980. I do remember the flood of 1976 but it sounds like this one is much worse.

Welcome all you new members since my last welcome. Can't keep up and that is a great thing. As for Disneyland, it's disneyland here everyday and it's FREE so plan to spend the day.

Well then, let it be the San Diego zoo....world class. But then the National zoo in Washington is no slouch either.

Maybe that's why I feel so intimidated. Just a poor itty bitty frawgie in here amongst all of these man-eating jungle cats. Heck, and I thought just staying out of the way of the Elk was difficult.
