Ever since I first saw that name in the original post, it has been bothering me. I said to myself, "Self, that name is VERY familiar." I pondered and pondered, then took the cowards way out. I looked it up.

I listened to him (and enjoyed him immensely) on NPR, which syndicated parts of his program.
