Fred E. Westwood died October 22, 1971, at LaHabra, California, after a long illness.
Born October 7, 1912, he was a son of the late C. B. and Frances Westwood of Eureka.
Survivors include one daughter, Gail Schiebe, and two grandchildren, of LaHabra, California; his mother Mrs. Frances Westwood, Eureka; two brothers, George of Howard and Alva M. of Chicago, Illinois; three sisters, Clara Simmons, Veneta, Oregon; Wilma Crismas, Severy, and Mary Alice Travis, Hewins.
His wife, father and one brother preceded him in death.
Mr. Westwood grew to manhood west of Howard and had lived the past 36 years in California.
