TRUMP HAS BEEN COERCIVELY YELLING THAT HE WILL END BIRTHRIGHT CITIZENSHIP.

The 14th Amendment states, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States, and of the State wherein they reside."

In 1888 three-fourths of the States voted to ratify the 14th amendment.

In the "United States v. Wong Kim Ark" in 1898 the Supreme Court affirmed that being under U.S. jurisdiction implied being born under U.S. law, solidifying birthright citizenship as standard practice.

TRUMP CANNOT CHANGE OR ABOLISH THE 14TH AMENDMENT BY EXECUTIVE ORDER OR HIS BLUSTERY PROCLAMATIONS. THE SUPREME COURT CANNOT LAWFULLY OVERRULE A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.

Today, thirty-eight States must vote to change or withdraw the 14th Amendment. That is not going to happen, although the corruption in Washington DC may accept Trump's tyrannical effort.

The Prevailing Political Sentiment In 2025 America

If we don't send money and arms to Ukraine, Russia will take over the world. If we don't send money to Israel, Muslim terrorists will take over Israel and the world. If we don't get Russia out of the Middle East, they will become an existential threat to Israel and take over the world. If we don't send covert money to Al Qaida, ISIS, and the Sunnis, Iran — and the Shiites will take over the Arab world and, then, the world.

If we don't stop Turkey, Erdogan will try to restore the Ottoman Empire and take over the world. If we don't overthrow Iraq, the Sunnis will send terrorists to the U.S. (but not Europe) and blow us up. No, wait. We did overthrow Iraq. If we don't keep our base in Iraq, Iraq will become part of Iran and will take over the Middle East and the world.

If we don't send money to Niger, the Russians will establish a foothold in Africa and take over the Continent, then, the world. If we don't send money to most African countries, China will take over the Continent and, then, the world. If we don't send money to poor African countries with population control strings attached, Africans will take over the world. If we don't bomb the Houthis, Saudi oil won't make it out of the Straits of Hormuz, and the Shiite Houthis will take over Saudi Arabia and the Sunnis — and then will take over the world.

If we don't send money and arms to Taiwan, China will invade. If we allow China to control the Asian sea lanes, China will take over the Far East and then the world. If we don't send money to South Korea, North Korea will join Russia and take over the world. If we don't tax BRICS, BRICS will replace the dollar as the world's currency and take over the world.

As you see above, the interest alone on that debt is a larger line item on the 2025 budget than defense spending.

But Wait . . .

Tariffs will 1) raise the cost of foreign-made products, and/or 2) end and restrict importation of products from foreign manufacturers.

But wait . . . Americans will pay higher costs for foreign made products with tariffs, while the domestic American industry is expected to pick up the slack for foreign-made products that are no longer available, and compete with the inflated cost of products with tariffs.

But wait . . . domestic industry will need time to expand:
time to train skilled labor, maybe only thirty days for some industries, but maybe up to two years for others; time to increase manufacturing, refining, assembly line, and storage facilities, maybe up to five years for some industries with both short- and long-term permit processes, and the need to acquire property; all with the possibility of shortages in raw materials; and, industries will need to invest money from the tariffs.

But wait . . . industries won't receive money from the tariffs. All the tariff money goes to line the pockets of bureaucrats. Industries will need time to accumulate investment capital from existing products and services. Again, that may take half a year to six or more years depending on the industry's need for hundreds of thousands to hundreds of millions in investment capital.

But wait . . . to raise the investment capital at a faster rate, the wholesale prices of industries' existing product lines will have to increase. That will raise the cost of living for all Americans.

But wait  . . . in order to raise investment funds, industries could seek loans in lieu of increasing wholesale prices.

But wait . . . loans come with interest, and interest over time is a large sum of money, adding to the industries' cost of doing business. That cost of doing business is always passed on to the consumer. That will also raise the cost of living for all Americans.

But wait . . . all you will see from tariffs are many product shortages, and higher prices across the board. That means more Americans that are less able to afford the costs of living.

How Party Politics Destroys Independent Thought and Liberty

 

Noah Webster [1758-1843, attorney, educator] didn't mince words; "Nothing is more dangerous to the cause of truth and liberty than a party-spirit." Over 200 years ago, he saw the danger of trading truth and principle for party loyalty. In other words, when people stop thinking and start following, liberty doesn't stand a chance. Here is Webster's message, step by step.

Step One: Independence Is Surrendered.
"When men become members of a political club, they lose their individual independence of mind. They lose their impartiality of thinking and acting, and become the dupes of other men."

Step 2: Fair judgment disappears.
"The moment a man is attached to a club, his mind is not free:" This is the foundation of the warning. If the mind isn't free, the person isn't either. Obedience replaces curiosity. Conformity replaces conviction.
 
 Step 3: Tribalism replaces reason.
"He receives a bias from the opinions of the party:" Suddenly, positions change. What was once wrong becomes right - because the party line says so.
"A question indifferent to him, is no longer indifferent, when it materially effects a brother of the society." Tribal politics hijack priorities. Issues that were once irrelevant become flashpoints - not because of principle, but because the party has something to gain.

Dissent becomes disloyalty. Acting from conscience is frowned upon. Silence becomes complicity.

Step 4: A Once-Free Mind Becomes An Obedient Tool.
No different from a campaign sign or a soundbite. Reliable, predictable - and utterly controlled. That's what party loyalty creates: blind obedience packaged as virtue.
"Nothing is more dangerous to the cause of truth and liberty than a party-spirit." Not foreign enemies. Not economic collapse. Not even war. Party-spirit.
 Because when winning becomes the goal, truth is the casualty. And when loyalty to a party overrides loyalty to liberty, the Constitution becomes optional. Power is excused. Abuse is rationalized.
This corruption isn't limited to one side. It infects every corner of the political establishment - and most of the grassroots - today.
The loudest defenders of "freedom" often vanish when their team is the one in power. The same people who scream about overreach look the other way when it's coming from their side.
"An independent freeman is converted into a mere walking machine, a convenient engine of party leaders."

Webster's warnings still hit like a hammer.
It wasn't just about politicians. It was about everyone willing to trade principle for party. Those whose principles shift depending on which party is doing it were never patriots. They're pawns. And nothing is more dangerous to liberty than letting pawns pretend they stand for freedom.

Here are two quick quotes from Doug Casey:

2) It's impossible to have 330 million people under the same political umbrella. Especially when the government controls 40% of the economy and has regulations for everything, it wouldn't work even if the US were still homogeneous, as it was before the 1960s. But now it's made up of many radically different ethnic, racial, linguistic, and religious groups who have nothing in common. Worse, strapped taxpayers are forced to carry 100 million non-producers.


As I mentioned to a friend bound for college, Number 2 is all society needs to understand about economics and sociology. That is exactly the reason government schools will not teach the consequence of government interference/regulation.

I call baloney on Republicans in the Oval Office. This is a swarm of lies evolving. They have hidden the real files and names for a year now, with Biden doing the same for years before. WE HEAR NOTHING BUT LIES FROM POLITICIANS!!

What is happening? Republicans in the Oval Office are using AI to create a million files implicating their political foes, both domestic and international. Expect these files to be heavily weighted to Democrats, and to EU leadership. Expect Republican names like Massie and Paul to be among them.

The purposes of these lies are three-fold;
1) divert the conversation from Epstein's connection to Israeli leadership,
2) secure the 2026/27 Congressional election, and
3) secure the 2028/29 Presidential election.

In other words, the Smear Campaign is underway. Sounds eerily similar to Pizzagate, doesn't it? But why not, introducing fear is always the first step in misdirection to obtain compliance and obedience.

2026 - Watchin' the American Dream Die in a Ponzi Scheme

A Ponzi scheme is an unsustainable scam that relies on a continuous inflow of new money to keep it going. The scheme collapses if the flow of new money slows down, or tapers.
The Federal Reserve monetary policy is, and has been, a Ponzi scheme. That's because the US government's obscene spending and skyrocketing debt have reached an inflection point where the whole system will collapse unless the Fed pumps an ever-increasing amount of new fake money into the system.

Government spending is the leading cause of the problem. However, the government cannot even slow the growth rate of spending, let alone cut it. Here's why.
(1) The biggest expenditures for the US government are so-called entitlements. It's unlikely any politician will cut these. On the contrary, I expect them to continue growing as the last Baby Boomers enter retirement in 2031.
(2) With the most precarious geopolitical situation since World War II, so-called defense spending seems unlikely to be cut. Instead, it is all but certain to increase.
(3) Income Security is a catch-all category for different types of welfare. That's unlikely to be cut too.
Efforts to reduce expenditures will be meaningless unless it becomes politically acceptable to cut those three. What are the chances of that?

(4) Further, interest expense is exploding higher. The federal interest expense recently exceeded $1 trillion for the first time, and is shooting higher. That means the interest expense is already bigger than defense spending, and everything else in the budget except for Social Security.
The cost of debt service (interest expense) is taking up a larger portion of the budget, leaving less for other expenditures. That means the government has to borrow increasingly larger amounts to maintain basic functions. The situation is compounded by the fact that the more the US government borrows, the larger the interest expense on the federal debt, which causes it to borrow even more. Thus, the debt spiral.

Borrowing money to pay debt service IS the inflection point in the debt spiral, and the US is now at that point. Here's the bottom line with the budget.
(A) Expenditures have nowhere to go but up.
(B) But don't count on increased revenue to offset these increases in expenditures. Even if tax rates went to 100%, it would not be enough to stop the deficits—and the debt needed to finance them—from growing.
(C) The debt will not stop growing, no matter what happens. It's not even going to slow down. The debt is increasing exponentially.
The only way the US government can continue to finance itself is for the Fed to kick the can further down the road by continuing to create ever-increasing amounts of fake money. That will simply continue and accelerate inflation of all resources, products, and services. Imagine, a 16 ounce bag of potato chips costing as much five years from now as a full bag of groceries cost five years ago. There is America's future.
If the Fed doesn't provide more monetary accommodation to lower interest rates, the growing interest expense alone will bankrupt the US government... and bring down the entire debt-based economy with it.

A friend from military service in the early 70's had a solution for the recession he and I both faced in the early 80's. He thought rocks should be money. He believed that would eliminate the poor class of Americans. After-all, how easy are rocks to get? A dull rock for a bottle of water, and a shiny rock for a carbonated beverage .  . yeah, baby, now there is easy street!!
I had to explain to him that if rocks were money, we would all eventually be starving, that it would enlarge the poor class to the only class. Imagine gravel to be nickels and dimes, softball-size rocks to be tens, and basketball-size rocks to be one hundreds. If rocks were money, we'd bet paid in rocks as income. We carry them around somehow. Eventually, banks wouldn't want them, so they'd fill our backyards by the dump truck load. Pretty soon you couldn't give rocks away, everyone's backyard would be full. Who's going to pump gas for more rocks? Mend fences? Make clothes? Grow food? Then, why bothering working for more rocks? In other words production would stop because every one has rocks running out their ears. And the economy collapses without productivity.

Would rocks really be any different than the 'monopoly money' we now have, i.e. the valueless paper 'our' government calls Federal Reserve Notes? Nope. And the outcome will be no different, either.

Whoever he is, he is one scary element of the far right. In his very small mind the Bill of Rights apparently only protects certain individuals.

Doesn't it matter that she was shot dead by a government agent for voicing her opinion? Apparently not.

He claims to be an American. So do I. In my America, everyone's speech is protected from government censorship. In my America I would never extend permission to this jerk to be on my private property. And I would never accept his privilege extended for me to be on his private property.

His America and my America are no longer the same. He is just as much a threat to my America as Biden and Obama were. Belay my earlier . . . I do not need to know who he is. I want nothing to do with his ilk.

If he were acting a role in Hollywood, this AAWG would be a rager, a pedophile, a domestic abuser, involved in law enforcement, and/or very likely an alcoholic.
