Susie (Webb) Turner Pfrehm lived to age 102. Her obit is posted on that board, dated Oct. 26, 2006.

Marcia, here's what I have checked so far---my dozens of obits that I have yet to post. One or two came close to being a centenarians. Then I did a quick scan of the SSDI for the towns of Howard, Fall River, Piedmont, and Severy. Here are the names and dates for the former Howard residents:

Opal B. Clark, b. July 19, 1901 d. October 18, 2002
Hazel Carter, b. December 23, 1897 d. January 3, 1998
Lina Wiliams, b. December 27, 1871 d. October 1972
Mollie Flory, b. September 25, 1893 d. November 15, 1995
Irma M. Buchele, August 29, 1905 d. February 24, 2006
Rosa E. Warner, July 24, 1885 d. June 1, 1988
Lura D. Hall b. April 12, 1894 d. February 14, 2001
Bertha Hemry b.July 21, 1872 d. July 15, 1973 (I remember this sweet little lady......she was Ruby Parker's mother)

Fall River:

Claud M. Gipe b. February 12, 1890 d. October 27, 1991
Clara L. Bricker b. February 25, 1886 d. Dec. 1989

There were a number on the SSDI that lacked just a few months of reaching the age of 100.

Marcia: I see in this morning's paper that Leona Knabe has died at 107. I believe that she was an Elk County person. She is listed under Moline and is being buried there.
