There has been a Facebook message posted that Charles "Charlie" Barkley, formerly of Moline, Kansas, has passed away. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Moline Baptist Church, followed by a reception at the Legion Hall.
