And that is pretty much game, set, and match, isn't it? Except for the uniforms and badges that will uselessly waste tens of thousands of taxpayers dollars 'investigating'. We need more true first responders. And in Kansas we have more, potentially, because we do not need a permit to carry. Nobody does anywhere, but that is another story.
