Just the Scouts . . . . or the MFLBGT Scouts.

Put'em all in the same uniform, get'em the same haircuts, teach'em to march in step, give'm merit badges for longevity and duty, enroll'em in civil service projects, use'm as government assets, and get'em in all the parades. And call'em heroes. Americans will applaud.
