Mike Pompeo, 'our' Congressional Representative, has accepted the position of CIA Director under the Trumpster. I knew he was a West Point grad, but did not know he was a spook-wannabe. I corresponded with him just once, and had a detailed reply to my concerns and suggestions.
What is the process in Kansas for replacing him in Congress? A gubernatorial selection? A special election? A Republican Party choice?
On the noon news today it was explained that there needs to be a special election. The governor has to call the election and he has only a short time in which to do it. Wish I could remember more of what they said.
