Title: (Continued) Erosion of 4th Amendment
Post by: Wake-up! on September 17, 2016, 07:11:13 AM
Wisconsin is now officially a Police State. Cops no longer need warrants to break and enter, confiscate, or collect evidence to prosecute for any action deemed illegal. See link:

My take on this State Supreme Court ruling is that being a 'community caretaker' now has more legal power than 'probable cause'. Lesson number 1; NEVER voluntarily 'allow' police to enter your home.

Lesson Number 2; this November elect State officials who will make sure Kansas does not follow the footsteps of Wisconsin.

It appears that more and more elected and appointed officials do not understand their responsibilities and cross over the line of responsibility or ignore their responsibilities.

More and more elected people are socialists.  That's how they've been trained to think.  Government approved - certified.

You don't have to look any further than Elk County because one doesn't have to have been raised or live in the NE of America to think like a liberal.

You can begin the training of your kids to be socialists right here in Elk County.  Send 'em to the local government school to begin their early training.
