Title: Where is This Place II?
Post by: W. Gray on November 09, 2015, 02:47:05 PM
Anyone want to guess where this place is?

Might be tough. Here are a few clues.

Since the sign says Frisco it is not on the Howard Branch.

A crow would have to fly 11.92 miles from Howard at a bearing of 332 degrees to get there.

The crow may or may not find Lyla's still being open?

Waldo, that has to be Piedmont, no doubt about it. before my Mother-in-Law passed away, she wanted to eat at Lilas every chance she could get, the last few months she was alive we tried to go up at least once a week and take her to Lilas. Lila is a good cook and served big servings and the prices were right.

Piedmont it is.

Jim and Lila's Cafe was still open as late as February 2014, when it was featured on Wichita TV.
