They may be able to rule against a public building flying any flag, but they can't tell someone they can't on their own property. Even though no one owns their property as long as it can be taken from them for not paying taxes.
They've been working for years to keep the Confederate flags off the private property too.

Of course a person should be able to do most anything on their own property unless there is a law against it,if it affects others...such as for life safety reasons or having pornograpy plastered on the side of a house that sits near a road or street. I agree you should be able to fly that flag at home.
People who won't pay their fair share of taxes don't play well with others. Why should they not have to?
