The city of Winter Park, Florida, north of Orlando, wants to take more money from those who pass through it. Today, I saw a large flashing sign beside a main road that read: "Fake wearing a seat belt and you'll get a real ticket. No exceptions."

There seems to be a lot of ads for click it or ticket. And there's lighted portable signage along the highways. The government must be spending a lot of money for these ads to remind us to be obedient to them and their ways.
